We have expertise in all types of residential and commercial property, including freehold, leasehold, shared ownership, newbuild, right-to-buy, unregistered and auction property and land. We also advise on property issues relating to business sales and lease transfers, assignments and extensions.

Residential Property

A property purchase is likely to be one of the largest and most important transactions you will ever make, and we recognise and appreciate the trust you place in us in asking us to assist you with this.

To ensure the smooth progress of a house purchase or sale, our Residential Property team will give clear, transparent and unambiguous fee quotations upfront with no hidden fees. You will be allocated a dedicated lawyer who will remain your main point of contact during the entire course of your matter and will have in-depth knowledge about your transaction.

To enable us to tailor our service to you, we will discuss your aims and objectives at the outset and confirm with you how you would prefer to be communicated with during your transaction, the frequency that you wish to be updated and any other factors that are important and personal to you. We will communicate with you via your preferred method (be that phone, email, text, WhatsApp or in person) and ensure we explain everything clearly.

Our experienced conveyancers will work proactively to ensure that your property transaction progresses as smoothly as possible. We know how important your property is to you, and we will do all we can to ensure that your sale, purchase, transfer or remortgage is successful.

To provide you with transparency, we will work on a fixed fee basis; however, if additional work is required during your transaction, then we will advise you of any additional costs and fees payable in advance of doing the work. In any event, we will provide you with our Additional Fees Schedule at the outset, alongside our tailored quote.
