Alev Uzun
Director and Solicitor
Alev Uzun has worked in the legal sector since 2012 and qualified as a solicitor in 2017. During her legal career she has gained experience in a number of specialist areas of law including immigration, conveyancing, personal injury, and family law. Alev has a well-established client base and ensures that those in need of legal services are treated with fairness, honesty, and equal representation.
She is a Compliance Officer for Legal Practice (COLP) & Compliance Officer for Finance and Administration (COFA) & Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO).
Alev completed her degree in Law at the University of Westminster and obtained her Legal Practice Certificate at BPP, London. She went on to become a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives before cross-qualifying as a solicitor.

Hasan Latif
Director and Solicitor
Hasan is a skilled and dedicated Property Solicitor, qualified in May 2020. With a passion for providing high-quality legal services, Hasan specialises in both commercial law and residential property transactions, offering clients clear, practical advice tailored to their needs.

Firdus Khan
Senior Consultant Solicitor (Immigration and Asylum)
Firdus is a senior immigration solicitor and consultant with over 23 years of experience in all areas of immigration, asylum, and nationality law. She has a very impressive success rate, which makes her a highly sought-after immigration practitioner.
Firdus started her legal career by attending the Inns of Court School of Law in London to qualify as a Barrister and was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 1997. She then cross-qualified and became a solicitor and a member of the Law Society of England and Wales in June 2013.
With expertise in both the voluntary and private sectors, Firdus has experience of working with clients from all walks of life from initial instruction right up to the appeal stage. Over her many years of practice, Firdus has undertaken work with children as well as some very vulnerable clients. She has a proven ability to put her clients at ease and always makes sure that her clients understand their immigration position and the legal processes that relate to their case. She is a hard-working, committed, and knowledgeable lawyer with a good rapport with her clients and peers.
Firdaus is a member of the Law Society and is accredited at Level 2 of the Immigration Asylum Accreditation Scheme (IAAS). She is also a member of The Honourable Society of Lincolns Inn. She has a degree in Law from the University of Derby and has completed The Bar Course at Inns of Court School of Law, London.
Firdus is fluent in written and spoken Urdu and can also speak Mirpuri, Hinko, Hindi and Punjabi.

Tracey Webster
Senior Immigration Consultant
Tracey Webster has almost 20 years of experience in Immigration, Asylum and Human Rights Law, primarily working for law firms across Yorkshire and the Northeast. She has worked in both the voluntary and private sectors, dealing with a wide range of matters including both private and business immigration applications and appeals.
Tracey has a very keen interest in helping reunite families who may have been separated for long periods due to the complex immigration laws of the UK. She shows her clients both compassion and commitment and always acts in their best interest to ensure that they get the best possible outcome.
Tracey graduated with a Law Degree from Sheffield Hallam University in 2005, with a particular interest in Immigration, International Human Rights and European Law.

Mohammad Wajid

Savas Kaya

Savas is an IAA accredited Immigration consultant in the firm. Savas has over 10 years of experience working as a Home Office Decision Maker. This gives him strong insight into how UK visa and immigration applications are assessed allowing him to provide clear, practical advice aimed at improving client’s chances of success.
He has experience handling a wide range of immigration applications, including Student, Family, Private Life, Skilled Worker, Settlement, British citizenship, Human Rights and Asylum cases. He also works on complex immigration and protection matters ensuring applications meet the requirements of the UK Immigration Rules and Home Office guidance.
Using his background, Savas carefully reviews applications, evidence and legal representations to identify strengths and address any issues. This helps him prepare strong, well-structured submissions and anticipate potential problems before they arise.
Savas also provides advice on visa applications, extensions, settlement, administrative reviews, appeals and human rights cl aims providing clear and supportive guidance throughout the process.

Sakine Kizilkaya
Consultant Solicitor (Immigration & Asylum)
Sakine completed an LLB (Hons) in Business Law from Sheffield Hallam University in 2013, followed by the Legal Practice Course at the University of Sheffield in 2015. She qualified as a solicitor in October 2021 and brings over 10 years of experience in dealing with complex immigration matters.
She has extensive experience representing clients in a wide range of immigration and asylum cases, including asylum claims, human rights applications, appeals before the First-tier and Upper Tribunals, spouse and partner visa applications, settlement (ILR) applications, EU Settlement Scheme applications, and complex nationality and citizenship matters.
Sakine is known for her approachable manner, strong communication skills, and dedication to client care. She takes the time to understand each client’s unique situation and is committed to providing clear, honest, and supportive legal guidance throughout the process. Her ability to build trust and rapport makes her particularly effective in working with vulnerable clients and those facing challenging circumstances.
She is accredited as a Supervising Senior Caseworker under the Law Society’s Immigration and Asylum Accreditation Scheme (IAAS), reflecting her expertise and commitment to maintaining high professional standards.

Zeynep is a Legal Assistant who supports our solicitors in immigration and conveyancing matters. She assists clients throughout their cases from initial enquiries to ongoing case progression.
Fluent in both English and Turkish, Zeynep is able to communicate confidently with a diverse client base, helping clients navigate legal processes with clarity and professionalism.
She holds an LLB (Hons) Law degree from Royal Holloway, University of London. As an aspiring solicitor, Zeynep is eager to learn more and gain further experience in legal matters.
